Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport is the main regional gateway. The onward drive follows the Gallatin Canyon and can take longer in winter weather or traffic. Choose your lodging base before arranging a rental car, transfer or local transport.
Yellowstone needs a separate travel plan. Most park roads close to regular vehicles in winter; interior visits such as Old Faithful normally require a seasonal snowcoach or snowmobile arrangement.
