Fork - Boise

199 N. 8th Street, downtown Boise

🍔Casual🥬Farm to Table

Popular Boise restaurant known for farm-to-table cooking, creative brunch, and a menu that changes with the seasons. A favorite post-skiing dinner spot for locals.

Why We Like It

Make Fork part of an evening in downtown Boise after the drive down from Bogus. Its relaxed historic setting and focus on Boise and Northwest ingredients make it a good choice when dinner is part of the outing.

Highlands Hollow Brewhouse

Boise, Idaho

🍔Casual🍺Après Bar

Boise's original craft brewery since 1992, serving house-brewed beers alongside elevated pub food. A local institution for post-skiing beers.

Why We Like It

Before the craft beer explosion, Highlands Hollow was already doing it right. After skiing Bogus Basin, this is where the locals head for a proper pint. The house beers are solid, the food goes beyond typical pub grub, and you'll probably end up chatting with fellow skiers about conditions. An Idaho original.
