THE VIBE

Stoneham is the closest ski resort to downtown Québec City, just 20 minutes from the Old City. It is a local favorite with excellent night skiing, a strong terrain park scene, and solid all-around skiing across 42 runs. While smaller than nearby Mont-Sainte-Anne, Stoneham's convenience, lively atmosphere, and well-designed terrain make it the go-to weeknight spot for Québec City skiers. The gladed terrain is surprisingly good for a resort this close to a major city.

Best For

  • ✓Québec City locals
  • ✓Park riders and freestylers
  • ✓Weeknight night-skiing sessions

Skip If

  • ✗You want big-mountain terrain (go to Mont-Sainte-Anne instead)
