Splendido at The Chateau for a special dinner in a chateau setting

THE FOOD SCENE

Beaver Creek gives you a choice between a polished dinner and a casual ski-day meal. Splendido at The Chateau suits a special evening; Citrea brings Mediterranean cooking to the heart of the village, while Grouse Mountain Grill serves New American food at The Pines Lodge. On the mountain, Talons is a meal stop at the base of Larkspur. For a cabin meal at Beano’s or Zach’s, confirm reservations and the venue’s seasonal transport arrangements when booking.

APRÈS-SKI & NIGHTLIFE

The Dusty Boot in Beaver Creek Village is an easy choice for après snacks or a full meal in a welcoming restaurant-and-bar setting. Coyote Cafe adds Tex-Mex and Mexican food with margaritas, while Citrea suits a sit-down Mediterranean meal as the ski day winds down.

The Dusty Boot Roadhouse

Beaver Creek Village

🍺Après Bar

A rowdy, boot-stomping saloon in Beaver Creek Village that serves as the resort's unofficial après headquarters. Cold beers, bar food, and a crowd that just came off the hill.

Why We Like It

In a village that can feel a bit buttoned-up, the Dusty Boot is a welcome blast of rowdy energy. It's the one spot where you'll find everyone from families to pro athletes unwinding with cheap-ish beers and greasy bar food. The wings are surprisingly good, and the vibe is about as close to a dive bar as Beaver Creek will ever get.

Earlier guide details

Earlier menu idea: The wings -- buffalo style, extra crispy. Choose from the restaurant’s current menu when you visit.
