THE FOOD SCENE

CMH’s lodge meal program starts with freshly made breakfast and pocket snacks for the heli-pad. Lunch is flown out to the ski group in the mountains, and tea-goodie service welcomes guests back before a multi-course dinner. The menu reflects each chef’s choices. Discuss dietary needs when booking so the team can plan alternatives; an allergen-free setting is not guaranteed.

Arrangements vary by destination. CMH Revelstoke stays at the downtown Regent Hotel, where CMH meals are served in the 112 Restaurant and Lounge. Evening mealtimes are flexible, with group meals on arrival and departure days. Use the itinerary for your chosen trip when making separate dining plans.

APRÈS-SKI & NIGHTLIFE

Evenings depend on your CMH destination. At a backcountry lodge, plan around the lodge meal service and the facilities listed for that location.

CMH Revelstoke has a different rhythm: its Regent Hotel base is in the walkable historic downtown, with shopping and dining nearby. The hotel has a hot tub, massage, exercise equipment and guest laundry. CMH meals use the 112 Restaurant and Lounge, with flexible evening mealtimes. Check the selected trip’s inclusions before arranging separate dining or activities.
