THE VIBE
Fernie Alpine Resort spreads across five massive alpine bowls on Lizard Range in the Canadian Rockies of southeastern British Columbia. It averages nearly 30 feet of annual snowfall and is legitimately one of the best powder destinations in North America. The town of Fernie is an authentic old coal-mining village turned ski town, free of resort-village artifice. Advanced skiers will find endless steep chutes, open bowls, and deep tree skiing.
